Get Verified in TenetOS to Unlock Advanced Features

Verification enables Accelerated Due Diligence, expediting onboarding and streamlining management.
Our Accelerated Due Diligence (ADD) feature allows you to effortlessly teleport your verified due diligence information between your Client Groups. With no need for repeated submissions, onboarding is significantly faster and allows you to access your Client Groups from a single username and password. We encourage you to “Get Verified” so you can gain access to advanced features, like ADD, which in turn helps us to better serve you, our valued clients.

Our engineering-first platform offers two ways to “Get Verified”:
1. Be Part of a Client Group: Whether you are opening a new account or are being added to an existing one, you will be verified automatically upon account approval after providing your due diligence. Once verified, you gain the ability to update both personal details, use ADD, and use other advanced features that are currently underway.
2. Self-Verification: You can manage your own data and have the option to independently initiate the “Get Verified” process. You will unlock advanced features and enhance your banking experience.

Navigating to “Get Verified” on TenetOS:
1. Through the Onboarding Process:
- Begin a new application/Get added to a new client group
- Complete all required due diligence documentation
- Submit your application for approval
- Upon approval, you will be verified
2. Self-Verification:
- Log in to TenetOS with your username and password
- Navigate to your Profile
- Select Personal Details
- Click the Get Verified button. Note: If you are already verified, there will be an Update button instead
- Submit your due diligence information for approval
- Upon approval, you will be verified
